Dog photography Wales I Meg and Millie I Client Session

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Meg and Millie up in the hills above Neath, South Wales. Millie is a gorgeous Border Collie, full of beans and always on the look out for sticks! Millie is a super cute 14 year old collie/corgi/jack russell mixture, who loved to plod along and pick up sticks…and rocks! This session was super fun, we even had a few unexpected visitors towards the end when some beautiful horses rocked up to investigate what we were up to, they then started to steal our treats, so we left their field in a hurry!

Bristol Pet Photography – Sophie – 3 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel

I was contacted by Tina, mum of Sophie a few months back after she won a photo session from the lovely people at Highcroft Vets in Bristol. Sophie is a beautiful 3 year old King Charles Spaniel, poor Sophie suffers from a condition called Syringomyelia, which is a brain disorder that is getting more and more common in the breed. There isn’t really a known cure for it, Sophie could potentially succumb to it at any time. This was a very hard session to get through, it was so hard seeing a young, energetic, loving dog, playing around while at the same time suffering from this terrible condition. I cannot even begin to imagine what her mum must be going through right now:(She doesnt have that much energy so the session was short, she really is an amazing dog, it’s not surprising her little family love her to bits:)

We are all getting a tiny bit excited about the festive season here at Poochography HQ, even Lola is getting into the spirit nice and early:)

That’s right guys, Christmas is just around the corner and what better pressie to get for your loved one than a Poochography Gift Voucher! This unique gift will make the dog lover in your life a very happy individual come Christmas morning, all the while giving you extra brownie points for being the person to give the best Christmas present!

Gift vouchers are available for each of my session packages, details of which are below, also, as it’s Christmas and we at Poochography towers are getting excited, each session bought as a gift voucher will be £5 less than the standard price, even more reason to snap up a voucher.

Absolutely amazing photographs of beautiful dogs. I’ve done a little write up on my blog about your site. http://catsandcanines.blogspot.com/

I hope to have something like this done for my two dogs one day.

Liz and Jay got hitched on the 26th August 2011 at St. George’s Church in Treorchy South Wales. This was followed by a reception at the fabulous St. Pierre Hotel and Country Club in Chepstow.

The Welsh weather tried it’s best to having it’s usual influence on the day’s proceedings, but held off until right near the end of the day. The day was full of happiness and love, all the makings of a perfect wedding.

Leigh and Jamie were married on August 5th 2011 at St. Barnabas Church in Warmley, Bristol with an awesome reception held at Chewton Place, Keynsham.

The happy couple are good friends of ours so I decided to take my camera along and take some snaps on the day, they had an official photographer for the day booked so I did a more documentary approach to the day. This is the first time I’ve ever taken photos at the wedding, I had such fun on the day that I’m desperate to shoot more weddings!

Anyways, here are the best of the bunch from the day:)
